Theory Day in Computer Science​

Theory Day in Computer Science 2014 is the first workshop in what we expect to be a series of yearly events.

 

The long-term goal of this workshop-series is to build a solid and modern TCS community in Romania, closely connected to the current global research-trends. Generally, our workshop aims also to attract participants and submissions from Romania and other European countries, helping to establish international collaborations between researchers working on common topics.  

 

As an important point in our agenda, we hope to host presentations of the work of young researchers from Romania and neighbouring countries, offering them the possibility to disseminate their work into a workshop with high-quality standards.

 

To ensure the quality of the workshop-series, we plan to have every year a Program Committee consisting of well respected researchers and to have at least two invited talks by established researchers working outside Romania.
